WE ORGANIZED TEA CEREMONY AND WEDDING DINNER AT ELEMENT HOTEL. THE HOTEL ROOM IS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. STAFF IS FRIEDNLY, ALWAYS THERE TO HELP YOU WHEN NEEDED. THE ONLY ONE DOWNSIDE IS THE PARKING LOT IS SEPARATE WITH THE HOTEL BUILDING SO YOU HAVE TO GET OUT FROM THE PARKING LOT AND TAKE ANOTHER LIFT TO HOTEL. OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS GOOD. WE REALLY LOVE THE ENVIRONMENT.

Stayed 3 nights at Element whilst sightseeing in Kuala Lumpur. We have stayed at many luxury hotels in the UK and around the world, but I don't think we have found any better than Elements. It is a great base to explore KL, being a short walk from the KLCC Mall, Park & Petronas Towers, as well as being near a Metro station. Our room was spacious & very well equipped. We ate breakfast at the hotel, which was extensive, with a variety of different foods, and very attentive staff. The pool was closed for refurbishment during our stay but we were personally escorted to an adjoining hotel to use their facilities, which were excellent. The highlight of this hotel are the staff. They are so helpful, friendly and attentive, including the domestic staff, receptionists, waiting staff and even the chefs-two of whom approached us during our stay to asked if we were eating at the hotel, our experience of the food & also anything we could suggest to improve our experience. It was clear all the staff we interacted with wanted to do everything they could to enhance our stay, but we especially want to mention the concierge Hosea, who was so friendly and went out of his way to make our stay so special. Thank you to him and all the staff.

I hosted a party at this hotel, their service was great, party at level 38 with very nice view of capital of Kuala Lumpur was beautiful and foods is delicious…never regret!!!!! Fully recommend! Room nice and clean as well ..love it ..will arrange for my next event !
